Can I update the campaign artwork after it starts?
Artwork updates are possible, but they depend on scheduling, production lead time and any additional printing or installation costs.
How long should my campaign run?
For the best results, we recommend a minimum three-month campaign. Consistent exposure helps build familiarity and keeps your business top of mind within the local community.
Is my brand the only advertiser on the vehicle?
Yes. During your booking, the vehicle is exclusively branded for your business.
Can I choose the exact route?
We agree a target area and campaign objective, then plan practical routes and visibility stops around access and parking conditions.

You receive daily updates, local visibility support and social content for the campaign period.
Which areas do you cover?
We focus on Constantia and the broader southern suburbs, with routes shaped around neighbourhoods where your audience already spends time.
How quickly can the campaign launch?
Timing depends on artwork approval, printing and vehicle availability, but we confirm the schedule once the booking is accepted.
What happens during bad weather?
The safety of our drivers always comes first. When weather conditions are unsuitable for operating the vehicle, we shift our focus to digital exposure by creating and sharing campaign content across our social media channels. This gives your business additional online visibility and content that you can reshare on your own platforms.
How is campaign exposure measured?
Outdoor advertising is designed to build brand awareness, which is naturally difficult to measure directly. While we can't quantify every person who sees the vehicle, we can provide campaign updates, route information, and photography. If your campaign includes a dynamic QR code, we can also provide detailed scan statistics for that campaign.
Can I drive the BuzzBoxx vehicle myself?
Unfortunately not. Our vehicles are operated exclusively by BuzzBoxx drivers to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance with our insurance requirements.
Can I rent the vehicle for my own business operations?
No. BuzzBoxx vehicles are purpose-built advertising platforms and are not available for general rental or deliveries. They are operated by trained drivers who hold the appropriate licence required for the vehicle.
Do you offer vehicle lease agreements?
We don't currently lease vehicles directly. However, we'd be happy to introduce you to our vehicle supplier if you're interested in purchasing or leasing one for your own business.
Can I book a long-term campaign with a fully wrapped vehicle?
Absolutely. Long-term campaigns can be tailored to your business. Because repeatedly wrapping and removing vehicle graphics may affect the vehicle over time, we'll work with you to determine the most suitable branding solution for the duration of your campaign.
Can BuzzBoxx deliver products on my behalf?
No. Our focus is premium mobile advertising rather than delivery services. By concentrating on brand exposure, we ensure every campaign receives the attention it deserves.
